This refreshing expression of Pinot Grigio is dry and medium bodied. On the palate, the wine shows lots of tart lemon juice and lemon zest along with crunchy green apple and asian pear. There is an expression of stony and chalky minerality on the palate which is very representative of the region of Alto Adige. The wine finishes fresh and zesty. |
