- 30.50 Imports Inc. is licensed by the AGCO to promote and obtain orders for alcohol products on behalf of the LCBO.
- Prices listed are net price per bottle before (net of) sales tax and bottle desposit.
- All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Prices include landed cost of product plus freight, customs charges, duties, excise tax, LCBO markup of 71%, LCBO wine levy, LCBO environmental fee, gallonage fee and agency fee.
- The LCBO’s price for the products is available in advance from 30.50 Imports upon request.
- Wine can only be purchased by the case.
- The LCBO requires 36 hours to process an order. Please expect a minimum of two business days to receive your order.
- Rush orders are subject to a $20.00 rush fee.
- We deliver five days a week in the GTA and to most other parts of Ontario on a weekly basis.
- Refund Policy: Please report loss or damaged goods to 30.50 Imports Inc. upon reciept. Failure of immediate notification may result in your claim being denied.
- Defective Goods: Corked, oxidized, maderized or otherwise defective wines must be returned within 90 days of date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
- All unopened returned cases are subject to a $20.00 + HST restocking fee. We cannot accept returns of partial cases.
NOTE: You must be 19 years of age or older to place or receive a beverage alcohol order.
