The most pristine vineyards on the valley floor and steep slopes near their estate are selected to produce this delicious expression of Pinot Bianco.
The soils of the vineyards are comprised of chalk, sand, and stone; which shows in the glass as this wine is incredibly mineral-driven.
Once harvest is complete in the vineyard, the grapes are brought to the winery where they are carefully sorted and gently pressed. The juice is given time to settle naturally.
Alcoholic fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks using natural yeast and temperature is controlled so as to not exceed 18 ° C.
The wine spends extended time aging on the lees aging over the course of several months to increase complexity, texture, and aroma.
