The vineyards are east facing and situated at 265 M elevation on Marne di Sant’Agata (sand, clay, limestone) soil. All of the grapes used to produce this wine come from the Barbaresco vineyards Faset and Rabajà.
Harvest is completed manually by selecting the best grapes and placing them in baskets. Maceration occurs over the course of 11 days in stainless steel tanks with regular punch downs. The wine is then aged for 9 months in stainless steel tanks and then is bottled without fining or filtration. The wine is aged in the bottle for a minimum for 1 month before it is released.
