Estate-owned vineyards in the hills of the municipality of Luogosano and Sant’Angelo all’Esca, located within the Irpinia Falanghina DOC production area. The vines are planted on deep clay and sand, rich with organic and volcanic deposits. Grapes are harvested by hand and immediately transported to the cellar, where they are selected and pressed whole. Cold soaking is followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on its fine lees, followed by further ageing in bottle before it is released.
