This is a bone dry expression of Cava from 100% Viura (also known as Macabeo). The bubbles are fine and persistent and show notes of ripe apple and asian pear with light toasted bread crumbs. The wine finishes light, and fresh and cleansing acidity leading to a long, lingering finish. |
