Abat Domenech
Cesca Vicent is a unique property located in the town of Gratallops, found in the heart of Priorat. The estate is owned and operated by Francesca Vicent (Cesca), who is a fifth-generation producer. Her family has been farming grapes in this area since the 16th century. Since inheriting the property, Cesca has become determined to produce a range of quality wine that highlights the true diversity of her vineyard. She began practicing organic viticulture in 1999 and became certified in 2011. Her focus has been to produce wine with as low intervention as possible and pay upmost respect to the land.
Wine with personality, elegance, power, structure, complexity. The Cabernet Sauvignon is the predominant variety. Even though not been an indigenous variety, over the years, under the sun and the Priorat climate, the Cabernet Sauvignon has been acclimatized to the Priorat terroir and has build its own style. The best and least productive vineyards of Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha and Carignan are selected for this wine.

This wine is a true expression of the Priorat’s power and elegance. With Cabernet
Sauvignon as the predominant variety, it showcases an impressive structure,
complexity, and depth. Over time, the sun-drenched climate of Priorat has shaped
this international grape into something unique, reflecting the terroir and intensity
of the region. Expect layers of ripe black fruit, balsamic hints, and well-integrated
oak, leading to a long, persistent finish. |
