Description:	Rainwater Madeira Henriques & Henriques Henriques & Henriques is a legendary producer from the island of Madeira; this is their small estate comprising of old vineyards. Their winemaking traditions have been passed down through generations, upholding the standards to create beautifully balanced wines we continue to enjoy today. Belem’s was established in 1932 by the last surviving member of the iconic Henriques family. Belem’s Madeira pays homage to the family’s original home in Belém, Câmara de Lobos; a historic fishing village rich in history and inextricably linked to Madeira- both the island and the wine. The estate is still owned by the Henriques family and has continued to be the most admired and well-respected producers on the island. There is a myth that the term ‘rainwater’ takes its name from the casks that would swell on the beach in the rain while waiting to be transported to America.
Taste:	A vibrant expression of Tinta Negra in this fresh, fruity style of Madeira. The nose is filled with complex flavours of preserved lemon peel, caramelized satsuma, and candied walnuts. The nose follows the palate with underlying notes of sultana raisin, and sarsaparilla. The palate is off-dry and finishes lively and fresh.
